A first class, start to finish

  1. Reserve online. Pick the class and start date, pay $100 today, and your child is on the roster.
  2. Arrive 10 minutes early. Say hello to the teacher, use the bathroom, leave shoes and water at the wall.
  3. Warm-up circle. Music, stretching games and names — this is where shy kids warm up fast.
  4. Skills through play. Ballet positions, tap rhythms or rolls and cartwheels, taught with props and imagination.
  5. Goodbye ritual. Every class ends with a curtsy or bow so your little one leaves proud.

Parent questions about ages 2–5

How long is a preschool class?

Most Pre-K classes run 30 minutes, which is about the attention span of a 2 to 4 year old. It's long enough to learn and short enough to end on a happy note.

Does my child need to be potty trained?

It helps, but it isn't required — just let the teacher know before class and dress your little one so a quick bathroom trip is easy.

Can I stay and watch?

Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch, especially for the first few weeks while your child settles in. Many families switch to drop-off once their child is comfortable.

What should they wear?

For ballet: a leotard and tights with ballet shoes if you have them, or comfortable clothes they can move in. For tumble: close-fitting clothes and bare feet. Hair tied back either way.

What does it cost?

$100 today ($75 for the first month plus a one-time $25 annual registration fee), then $75 per month until you cancel. A second weekly class is $55/month.

My child is shy — will that be a problem?

Not at all. Classes are small and built around games, props and repetition, and it's completely normal for a first-timer to watch from the edge before joining in.
