Levels & skills we teach
Pre-K tumble (ages 2–4)
Forward and backward rolls, animal walks, balance, first cartwheels and handstands.
Beginner acro/tumbling (ages 5–17)
Cartwheels, handstands, bridges, roundoffs, headstands, plus the strength and flexibility work behind them.
Intermediate acro/tumble
Front and back walkover variations, headsprings, front and back handsprings. Front and back walkover required to join.
Advanced acrobatics/tumble
Acrobatic Arts levels 5–8 with intro to pre-professional: handsprings, forearm/chest/head/handstand variations, front and side aerials, combined acro passes.
What your first class looks like
- 1. Reserve online. Pick the class and your start date, pay $100 today, and you're on the roster.
- 2. Arrive 10 minutes early. Comfortable clothes, bare feet, water bottle. Parents are welcome to watch the first class.
- 3. Warm-up & skill check. Ms. Tiffany checks where your child is — rolls, cartwheels, walkovers — and places them at the right level that day.
- 4. Spotted progressions. Every new skill is drilled with hands-on spotting and conditioning before it's done alone.

Acro & tumbling questions
Do you teach cheer tumbling skills?
Yes. Our acro classes build the same skill chain cheer athletes need — cartwheel, roundoff, back walkover, back handspring — with spotting and progressions instead of rushing.
How much are acro and tumbling classes?
One weekly class is $75 per month plus a one-time $25 annual registration fee, so your first payment is $100 and every month after is $75. A second weekly class is $55/month, and you can cancel anytime from your parent account.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable, close-fitting clothes they can move, run and jump in — leggings or shorts and a fitted top. Bare feet, hair tied back, no jewelry.
Does my child need experience?
No. Most students start in Beginner with zero tumbling experience. Placement is based on skills, not age, so nobody gets pushed past what they can safely control.
Is it safe?
Classes are taught on matted tumbling surfaces with hands-on spotting by certified Acrobatic Arts instructors, and skills are only added once the prerequisite is solid.
